Warranty
New products purchased from www.ionme.com or at an authorized Ion Me event are eligible for return or exchange within a 30-day period from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase and a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) are required for all products being returned for exchange, warranty or refund. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Purchases made from an Ion-Me retailer are subject to the retailer’s individual return policies.
Customized Wristbands – Because each order is custom and made to-order, our customized wristbands are non-cancelable, non-returnable and non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or damages. Customers will have 48 hours from placement of orders to cancel. After 48 hours, a 50% deposit will be retained by Ion Me. We ask that prior to ordering you measure your wrists.
Return Instructions
Please call our offices at 1-877-704-4667 x 1 to speak with a customer service representative to verify that your product is eligible for return or exchange and to acquire a RMA# which is required for all returned merchandise.
Once you have received authorization to mail back your product, please select, print and fill out the appropriate form below and include it in your return package along with your proof of purchase (receipt).
